Claggersnich sits in a stunning and secluded setting about 1.5 miles east of the small village of Cromdale in the Cairngorms National Park. The Land

The ground has been let seasonally to a local farmer in recent years with the 2026 agreement scheduled to end on the 31st October 2026. According to the James Hutton Institute, the land classifications at Claggersnich include some 35.3ha of grade 3(2) quality ground, approximately 106ha of grade 4(2) and some 14.7ha of land designated as grade 5(2).
