No. Homivo is a search engine for homes that are already on the market in the UK. The estate agent who instructs the sale remains the agent. Homivo sends people to that agent’s advert.
How does Homivo decide that a home matches?
Listings are read from the public advert: the description, the photographs, and the location. Those signals are turned into attributes such as a view, a fireplace, or a drive time, each with evidence. A search then ranks homes by how well that evidence fits the request.
Characteristics are estimates. The selling agent and a viewing are still how you confirm a house.
