Weydale, Thurso, Highland. KW14 8YJ

Yvonne Fitzgerald is delighted to bring this fabulous stone-built steading to the market. This excellent opportunity is within a short driving distance to Thurso and previously had planning for a two-bedroom home although it has lapsed. Any new purchaser could build their own bespoke home or use the existing plans. At present the steading is divided in to three separate areas.

Our client's vision was to have a garage to the front, with two double bedrooms and a large kitchen family room with a lounge.

In approximately one third of an acre of land, this L-shaped barn, is in relatively good condition and benefits from both water and electric nearby. The property is accessed via a gravel track with a generous parking area. There is an area of lawn to the front with the garden to the rear being fully enclosed and laid to lawn.
